Management Trainee / Sales Executive

3 LPA to 4.8 LPA + INCENTIVES (per month) with Additional Performance Bonus.
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market.
- Proficient in corporate sales in the financial sector.
- Source new clients for Foreign Exchange business of the company.
- Acquire, build and service quality relationships with a view to achieve the budgeted targets and build long term association.
- The candidate will be member of the sales team.
- Sell market risk advisory, TPO and other product offerings.
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets and good in follow-ups.
- MBA in Finance / International Business with an eagerness to gain expertise in Global Financial Markets (covering Forex, derivatives and commodities) in order to acquire new clients.
- Should be growth hungry, self-motivated, result oriented, task- focussed and willing to travel extensively in a high performance culture.
- Should possess excellent flair for hard core sales and relationship management with good (written and oral) communication capability.
- Should have the ability to maintain excellent peer level relationship to maximise business and revenue.

- Accurately cover client transaction with their respective banks
- Advise clients when to hedge, how much to hedge, use of hedge instruments
- Advise clients on markets, economics, data releases and charting solutions
- Ability to handle multiple transactions involving multiple currencies simultaneously.
- Checking client exposure limits, computation of MTM on Forwards etc.
- Meeting existing clients of the company and increasing wallet size on OTC products.
- Good knowledge of financial markets.
- Working knowledge of MS-OFFICE (Good knowledge of MS-EXCEL)
- Good knowledge of world economics
- Good Communication (both written and oral) Skills
- Attention to details.

- MBA in Finance / International Business with an eagerness to gain expertise in Global Financial Markets (covering Forex, derivatives and commodities)
- Excellent negotiation skills to get the best pricing for client transactions from their banks
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment to process client transaction in a time-bound manner
- Ability to sell knowledge products of financial markets
